Our FAB Parts Rear Axle Shock Mounts are perfect for adding shock absorbers to your custom project, or as a high-clearance replacement for the OE mounts. The universal shape accommodates virtually any axle tubes, although some grinding may be required to ensure proper tolerances prior to welding.

Rear Axle Shock Mounts raise the mounting location approximately 2.5" higher than the original Cherokee XJ shock mounts, and provide similar clearance benefits on other Jeep® models. They feature a thick 1/4" steel construction and include new, premium quality shock mounting hardware. Removal of the original shock mounts is required for installation.
