We are excited to announce the following consumer rebate program in order to continue the momentum Omix has had this year. The program is simple: Purchase the minimum required amount of Omix family brand products, downloads the rebate form from our website (will be uploaded shortly), attach your proof of purchase (original invoice, full product label and UPC cutoffs from all Omix family brands boxes) and send these to Omix-Ada and Omix-Ada will send you a rebate check after validating the retail sale with us. Here are the levels of rebates available: For all one time invoice purchases of Omix/Rugged Ridge/Outland/Alloy USA/Precision Gear products totaling as follows, you will receive a rebate check directly from Omix: Total retail Purchase of $200.00 to $499.99 * = $20 Rebate Check Total retail Purchase of $500.00 to $999.99 * = $50 Rebate Check Total retail Purchase of $1,000.00 to $1,499.99 * = $100 Rebate Check Total retail Purchase of $1,500.00 to $1,999.99 * = $150 Rebate Check Total retail Purchase of $2,000.00 or higher * = $200 rebate check * Only one of the above entries is applicable for each retail transaction. Minimum total retail purchase requirements must be met excluding non-Omix family brand products that may be included in the retail invoice, tax, freight or any other charges. This promotion will run between November 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009. Maximum rebate for any one consumer and address is $200 during this 2 month period. All consumer rebate requests must be postmarked before February 1, 2010.
