Pricing
Despite our best efforts, the pricing on a small number of the items in our catalog may be incorrect. We apologize for these errors, and any inconvenience they may cause. If we discover an incorrect price, we will do the following:

• Contact you regarding the incorrectly priced item(s)
• Let you know the correct price of the item(s) and new order total
• Arrange to accept payment for the difference in price, or cancel the order at your request

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for incorrectly priced items.

Purchases
All items purchased from Jeeperz Creeperz, Inc. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Returns
All returns require an RMA number. All returns must be in original resaleable packaging, returned by prepaid shipment (we recommend insuring your shipment), and accompanied by original receipt within 30 days. No returns or exchanges after 30 days. Special orders, electrical parts, and tools are non-returnable. 100% deposit required on special orders. 15% restocking fee on all returns. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
