We have worked with Reider Racing in the past and will be happy to welcome back the Precision Gear name to the line of products we offer. The new owners will be offering the same warranty on these product lines as was offered in the past.

Ultra Axle, LLC (“Ultra Axle�), an affiliate company of Omix-Ada, Inc. (“Omix�), has just acquired assets of Alloy USA, Inc. and Precision Gear, Inc. in a liquidation process. A partial listing of assets includes inventory, 3 websites, phone numbers, trademarks, computer system and data.

Ultra Axle is currently in the process of moving their on hand inventory to GA and upon taking an inventory count, the entire Alloy USAâ„¢ and Precision Gearâ„¢ current inventory will be available for purchase from us immediately. We will also work around the clock with the current suppliers of Alloy USAâ„¢ and Precision Gearâ„¢ to expedite receiving the missing items soon. Our intention is to make the entire line of Alloy USAâ„¢ and Precision Gearâ„¢ products available in stock in the shortest possible time to serve their customers and ours.

We are planning to have the entire Alloy USA™ and Precision Gear™ products available such that these 2 lines also can be mixed with Omix’s products, enabling customers to purchase both these lines along with Omix, Rugged Ridge, ORV and Outland products under Omix’s best in industry freight policies for both stock and dropship orders.

For years we admired the quality, ingenuity, effective marketing and far reaching distribution of Alloy USAâ„¢ and Precision Gearâ„¢ brands in the market. Now we are planning to add our financial stability, high fill rate, same day shipping, freight programs and ecommerce tools to theirs in order to take these lines to their fullest potential in serving the customers and the markets.

We are naturally excited to have these product lines available through our distribution channels. Please bear with us for a few weeks and you will see further notifications, product listing and prices that you can resume your purchases of Alloy USAâ„¢ and Precision Gearâ„¢ products again. "We're always going on about who will warranty what, and we all know that the warranty is to protect the consumer from MANUFACTURING DEFECT, not from use, misuse, abuse, or wear out insurance...even if it's a lifetime warranty....that just means you have the lifetime to discover the DEFECT not a lifetime to use / abuse a part and they'll always replace it. A lifetime warranty doesn't mean lifetime free replacements.

Do we expect and demand so much that it's an unwinable game from the manufacturer's standpoint. Do we cut off our nose to spie our face? I mean, combined with massive communication power of the internet, do we demand too much, accept too little responsibility for our own choices and actions, and the result is - nobody can stay in business to support us?"

There is some exciting things in the works with a few companies but details can't/haven't been released yet, and we've talked to a few new manufacturers about picking up some new product lines, look for announcements in the coming weeks (or months, sometimes it takes awhile).
